As the tiny house movement has built more momentum, we’ve seen them popping up everywhere. Lately one of the most exciting collaborations has been between the tiny house and the short-term rental market. We all love a good Airbnb or VRBO but now we have the option of living out our tiny house dream even if it’s just for a weekend. What does Ashley want you to know about her rental home?
It’s all about the southing sounds and energy of water. Views of the river replace screens here. Beautiful Lake Superior is just minutes away from your cabin. Emerge yourself in the private hot tub and let the water wash away your stress.
What are the accommodations like?
There is plenty of room to bring friends along on this trip to Lake Superior. Three queen beds, two on the lower level and one in the loft allows as much privacy that can be had in a tiny house. If you have little ones this home does come with a tub, unlike many tiny houses. The kitchen has an eat in bar and all you need to cook a nurishing meal. The best part of this home is not the home at all but the outdoor amenities. Sip wine and tell stories with your family around the built in fire pit before relaxing in the hot tub. There is also a large deck with a dining table able to seat 6.
What do others have to say about their experience?
“Absolutely beautiful. Even though it’s a tiny home “park,” every one was private and secluded. The Vista especially being on the river was GEORGEOUS!!!! We watched the sun set from the hot tub and the stars at night were by the millions. The set up for grilling and fire pit looked perfect, although we never did end up using them. It’s a 2 minute drive to Lake Superior and breath-taking views. Inside was extremely clean and had every amenity to make us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and we felt incredibly peaceful and safe. Ashley was very attentive and helpful. It was slightly difficult to find the 1st day as Maps had us turn into someone’s driveway instead of go straight like we were supposed to, but it didn’t take us long to figure it out!” Lesllie
