Unplug from the demands of modern society and reconnect with nature! This handcrafted alpine tiny retreat has been designed by Studio Well Architecture and is a DINZ Best Awards Silver Winner. Nestled amongst ancient native trees this cabin has been thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind. Surrounded by walking tracks and local attractions there is no excuse for getting cabin fever at this retreat. What are the accommodations like?

The retreat features a slightly elevated queen bed fitted with fresh linen sheets, hypoallergenic wool duvet inner, pillows and a locally crafted wool throw blanket to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is setup for self-catering, providing all of the essentials needed to prepare a meal with gas cooking and hot water provided for that morning brew.The cabin is fully off-grid and is powered by the sun. This system is designed to power the lighting and fridge with phone charging and a power outlet available for guests. There is a small wood-burning fire in the cabin to ensure that your stay is comfortable even on cold winter nights.
