At only 25′ long this house feels much bigger to me. I think the set up is perfect with the living room on one end and the bathroom on the other. Those awesome huge windows add to the illusion of wide open space and are a must to keep a small home from feeling cramped. But I think my favorite space in this house is the lounge area.
